- We provide on-site or telephone quotation. Charges set depends on a sort of furniture / equipment and its size, quantities, removal district and distance…etc.
-After confirmation, we will collect a deposit when we deliver the ten free paper boxes.
-The balance of service charge has to be settled right after the service finished.
- All charges are based on quotation or quote called by phone only. (Except the extra paper box)

-During / before removal, we do not allow our staff to collect any service charge or tips. This is strictly prohibited.
-We do not encourage customer to grant tips directly to our staff. However, if you are satisfied with our service, we are glad to receive encouragement to our supervisor and we will distribute to them on behalf of you. Thanks understanding.

(Remark: We do not allow our staff to urge any tips from customers, if this occurs, kindly report to our management accordingly.)
